Q: Are your crystals and gemstones 100% natural?
A: Absolutely. We strictly source 100% genuine natural minerals and stones. We do not sell synthetic glass, plastic imitations, or dyed crystals.
Q: Why does my crystal have cracks, clouds, or minor inclusions?
A: Internal ice cracks, mineral veining, and natural inclusions are authentic fingerprints left by Mother Nature during millions of years of rock formation. They are proof of natural origin, not defects.
Q: How do I cleanse and charge my new crystal?
A: Every order comes with a complimentary Crystal Care Card. You can cleanse your crystals using sage smoke, placing them under moonlight, or using a selenite cleansing plate.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Q: What are your shipping options and delivery times?
A: We offer Standard Shipping (10–18 business days, FREE on orders €20.00+) and Express Shipping (€16.00 flat rate, 7–10 business days). Order processing takes 1–3 business days.
Q: How do I track my order?
A: Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and direct link to track your parcel step-by-step.
3. Returns & Replacements
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in original packaging. Please contact support@benevolentsoul.site to initiate a return.
Q: What if my crystal item arrives broken or damaged?
A: Don't worry! Natural crystals are delicate. Send us clear photos of the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery to crystal@benevolentsoul.site, and we will arrange a free replacement immediately.
